The Court of Appeals publishes electronic slip opinions on its website at https://coa.nmcourts.gov/formal-opinions.aspx. These electronic slip opinions may contain computer-generated errors or other deviations from the official opinion. Moreover, a slip opinion is replaced within a few months when it is formally released by the Clerk of the Supreme Court for publication. In case of discrepancies between a slip opinion and the opinion published on the Supreme Court website, under Current Year Opinions, the opinion on the web site controls. The site is regularly updated to include all revisions. In addition, the opinions on this Court of Appeals web site are not yet final. Technical changes may be made at any time prior to publication, and the opinions may change on rehearing or certiorari, if granted.
