Prosecutors Section

About the Prosecutors Section

The State Bar of New Mexico Prosecutors Section shall be to:
A. sponsor CLE programs for the Bar in matters of interest to prosecutors;
B. advance the professional interests and competence of prosecutors;
C. provide background expertise to government officials in New Mexico on matters related to the subject areas of the Section; and
D. represent the view of the lawyers of the Section to the legislature, the Bar and the public.

Want to join the Prosecutors Section? You have two ways of doing so!

1. Still need pay your licensing fees? Simply check the Prosecutors Section when completing your Licensing and Renewal forms. Join as many sections as you’d like while you are there!
2.  Already paid your dues for the year? Login to your Member Dashboard (see top of screen). Navigate to ‘My Groups’ and click ‘Join Section/Voluntary Bars’. Select Prosecutors Section and to pay the dues and join. You can join any section or voluntary bar at any time.
