Hedrich Law, P.A., an Albuquerque firm of four attorneys focusing on Estate Planning, Probate and Elder Law, is seeking an experienced full-time paralegal to join our firm. Duties will include: filing pleadings in State Court; maintaining the office calendar; organizing records; preparing and mailing correspondences; and drafting and editing estate planning documents, conservator, guardianship and probate filings. Experience with Odyssey and other filing methods is required. A strong preference will be given to candidates who have a background in estate planning, probate law or conservatorship and guardianship law.
