Q: I registered to attend in-person but I would like to attend virtually instead, or I registered to attend virtually but I would like to attend in-person. How can I change my attendance format? 

A: Before October 11, you may change your attendance format at no additional cost. To change format, please email cleonline@sbnm.org. Starting on October 11, there is a $25 administrative fee to change format. If you are registered to attend in-person and your availability changes, please notify SBNM as soon as possible so your space may be filled from the waitlist. 


Q: I registered for Annual Meeting but I can no longer attend. How can I receive a refund? 

A: You may receive a refund, less a $25 fee before October 11, 2024 by emailing accounting@sbnm.org. Starting October 11, you may receive a refund, less a $100 fee by emailing accounting@sbnm.org. After October 23, no refunds are available. 


Q: I would like to attend in-person, but I no longer see an in-person option. Can I still register to attend in-person? 

A: If you don't see an in-person option that means capacity has been reached for in-person attendance. If you are interested in attending in-person, you may add yourself to the waitlist by clicking this link: Annual Meeting Waitlist. You may register to attend virtually and join the waitlist. You will be notified by SBNM staff if a spot becomes available and your registration PAYMENT will be transferred after notification. 


Q: I have general questions about Annual Meeting. Who can I ask? 

A: Email memberservices@sbnm.org. Inquiries will be processed in the order they are received. 


Q: I have a question about paying with a paper check, a government agency PO, or registering a group of attendees. 

A: Contact cleonline@sbnm.org for check and PO payments.  


Q: I need help resetting my password or am having other technical issues. Who can I ask for help?
