The State Bar of New Mexico's 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in colorful Ignacio, Colorado from Aug. 13 through 15. This year's Annual Meeting will have both in-person and virtual attendance options. The Annual Meeting is an annual conference that brings together the diverse New Mexico legal community of judges, attorneys, paralegals and court administrators.
The Annual Meeting 2026 theme is "The Rule of Law: Protecting and Preserving Democracy".
To take full advantage of all that the greater Durango and Southern Colorado area has to offer during our first Annual Meeting out-of-state in almost 10 years, we are trying a new format – keeping the afternoons open for free time. While we will have a few activities available for those who wish to stay on-site, we encourage attendees to explore the area.
